• Extra Images $20+gst/image
• Includes travel up to 80kms from Carina Heights, Brisbane. Additional Travel charges may occur outside of this.
• Twilight shoot add $150+gst.
• Drone images not possible in all areas & situations
• All prices plus GST and are current as of January 2023. Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Any cancellation up to 48 hours prior to the shoot will be charged at 50% of fee, up to 24 hours and/or on the day of the shoot with be charged 100% of the shoot fee.
• Rebooking is allowed up to 48 hours prior to appointment, No refunds will be issued.

• The photographer is not responsible for the presentation of the property, it will be photographed as presented
• Prices are for Builders, Air BNB, Rental and Real Estate Sale Purposes Only
• Payment is required prior to the appointment
• A 7-day account may apply to approved agencies

By engaging our services, you ( the Client), are given a license to use the photographs, floor plan or video in connection with the real estate listing for which the photos or video were taken. Once the property is sold or rented or the Client loses the listing, the license is no longer valid. Under the Copyright Act of 1968 should you copy or re-use these images you are in breach of copyright. All images, floor plans and Videos are owned by Threesixtydegrees Australia Pty Ltd, trading as Urbanclix Photography. Digital images may not be resold or reused for commercial use. 

If you are the Builder who as the Client has engaged us directly, you are free to reuse the images for your own businesses use indefinately.
