- If upon arrival photography cannot take place a call out fee of $100 will be charged. Rebooking is allowed up to 48 hours prior to appointment, No refunds will be issued.

By engaging our services, you ( the Client), are given a license to use the photographs, floor plan or video in connection with the real estate listing for which the photos or video were taken. Once the property is sold or rented or the Client loses the listing, the license is no longer valid. Under the Copyright Act of 1968 should you copy or re-use these images you are in breach of copyright. All images, floor plans and Videos are owned by Threesixtydegrees Australia Pty Ltd, trading as Urbanclix Photography. Digital images may not be resold or reused for commercial use.
If you are the Builder who as the Client has engaged us directly, you are free to reuse the images for your own businesses use indefinately.
